Agreement to Hostel Terms and Conditions *

1. Payments are non-refundable once the room is secured.

2. Residents must adhere to the hostel's code of conduct.

3. Subletting of rooms is strictly prohibited.

4. Damage to property will be billed to the resident.

5. Visitors are allowed only within designated hours (8 AM - 10 PM) and must be signed in at the front desk. Overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval from management.

6. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM), to ensure a conducive studying environment for all residents.

7. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the hostel premises.

8. Maintenance issues must be reported immediately through the student portal or to the resident assistant.

9. Leonards Homes reserves the right to inspect rooms periodically for health, safety, and maintenance reasons with reasonable notice.

10. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate eviction without refund.
